At Lifespan Therapy Services, we believe in being transparent about fees and funding options.

We work with a range of funding streams, including the NDIS, Home Care Packages, icare and privately funded services. If you're unsure which funding option applies to you, our team is here to help.

NDIS

Lifespan Therapy Services provides occupational therapy and physiotherapy services for agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Our services are delivered in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Service Fees
Occupational Therapy $193.99/hr
Physiotherapy $183.99/hr
Travel $1.50/km
Non-Labour Costs 50% of hourly Service rate

  • Travel charges are billed in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and are capped based on geographical location and MMM classification requirements.

  • Lifespan Therapy Services requires a minimum of two (2) business days' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    Where less than two business days' notice is provided, the appointment will be considered a short notice cancellation, and the full scheduled appointment fee may be charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

    Where applicable, travel time and non-labour costs may also be charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

Private Clients

For clients accessing services privately, Lifespan Therapy Services provides personalised occupational therapy and physiotherapy support tailored to individual goals and needs.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

icare Lifetime Care & Support

Lifespan Therapy Services supports participants funded through the Lifetime Care and Support Scheme, delivering community-based occupational therapy and physiotherapy services focused on rehabilitation, independence and long-term outcomes.

Initial & Ongoing Therapy Appointments $220/hr
Travel $220/hr (pro-rata)
Report Writing $220/hr (pro-rata)
Follow-Up & Coordination $220/hr (pro-rata)

Fees include clinical documentation, coordination and communication as required.

  • The following services may incur additional fees with prior case manager approval:

    • Equipment recommendations

    • Equipment sourcing and ordering

    • Extensive administration

    • Additional communication and coordination requirements

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

Home Care Packages

Lifespan Therapy Services provides occupational therapy and physiotherapy services for Home Care Package recipients, supporting independence, mobility, safety and quality of life at home.

Service Fees
Initial Assessment & Report $240/hr
Extended Follow-Up Sessions $240/hr

Travel within the clinician's standard service area is included.

  • The following services may incur additional charges with prior approval:

    • Travel outside the standard service area

    • Additional report writing

    • Equipment sourcing

    • Administrative support

    Additional services are charged at $240/hr.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

    For NDIS participants, travel is billed in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, including applicable travel time and non-labour costs.

    For privately funded and other funding streams, travel may be charged at the applicable hourly rate on a pro-rata basis. Specific travel charges are outlined within each funding section above.

  • We understand that circumstances can change.

    Cancellation timeframes vary depending on your funding arrangement:

    • NDIS participants: A minimum of two (2) business days' notice is required.

    • Private clients: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

    • icare participants: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

    • Home Care Package clients: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

    Appointments cancelled outside of these notice periods may incur the full appointment fee in accordance with the relevant funding body's guidelines and Lifespan Therapy Services' cancellation policy.
